I hold a Bachelor of Arts degree with Honours and have achieved the Toastmaster designations of Competent Toastmaster & Competent Leader.

A Certified Accelerated Learning Practitioner, I have combined a passion for training & development with public speaking to design & deliver thousands of hours of training for businesses, colleges & professional organizations.


Lastly, I have authored a book called “No More Bad Hires: How to Become an Expert Interviewer”. I am currently working on another about conducting workplace investigations.

I have completed the Co-Active Coaching program offered by the Coaches Training Institute in San Rafael, California & the certificate program in Conflict Management Studies through Conrad Grebel College at the University of Waterloo.
